Fitting, Fine Tuning, Embellishing with Polly

Throwing on a jacket or vest that youve pieced and embellished gives you a great feeling. Why not make sure youre getting that beautiful artwork on a base that wont gap, and will give you a great palette for your creativity?

Session 1: Information/consulting session. Learn the difference between fit and style, and then learn how to successfully pick styles that work best with a pattern, technique, or style you want to try. Silhouette Patterns feature B, C, and D-cup sizing. See lots of samples and get ideas.

Session 2: Fitting Session

Youll make your muslin at home between sessions, then get personally fitted in session 2. You will learn the elements of fit and how to make correct adjustments for your body type. Silhouette Patterns include B, C and D cup sizing for a perfectly fitting garment that youll love.

All About Skirts the Long and the Short of it

Flared, straight, wrap, asymmetrical, long, short, the fit basics stay the same between styles. See time-saving factory methods, learn fast construction techniques, how to get flattering looks in your skirts, and some basic style changes.

BONUS: the first 2 people to sign up will be fitted in class.

Pants/Jeans Fitting

Jeans and pants are a must-have for every womans wardrobe. Now you can have the pants or jeans pattern that you know fits you.

Come to class with a muslin sloper from Silhouettes #3200, #3300 Lanas Jean, or #3500 Cargo Pant you make at home. You will be personally fitted. After the fittings well go over some basic style changes. Youll go home ready to make your beautiful custom fitted pants or jeans in the styling that says YOU.
